Shipping policy

For PH Shipping:

Orders outside Cebu will be delivered through J&T and will take 5-10 days :•)

For orders within Cebu, same-day delivery is possible every TWF thru Grab, and your Delivery Fee will be computed upon booking the delivery. Please make sure the address you leave has someone who can claim your order in the event you're not around. Please make sure to pay the Delivery Fee to the Grab rider in cash upon receiving your order.

For Orders outside the Philippines:

Shipping through PHLPOST & Inline Forwarder (only for select countries) takes an average of 4-6 weeks and includes a registered tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment :•) please note that the shipping timeline doesn't include the fulfillment period to prepare your order which will take 2-3 weeks. Items that are lost or mishandled during delivery is out of my control and unfortunately I cannot refund you if this happens, as the money you pay is immediately put back into building my shop. I do what I can to minimize these risks such as providing tracking numbers and wrapping all items securely. 

A gentle reminder that I am not in control of delays or suspensions made by these couriers, I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit as it is out of my control.
