Your piece/s will be ready 5 weeks from the confirmed order date! Each piece is made-to-order to reduce wastage and ensure that orders gets the love & attention needed during production.

Customers will be contacted via email (and/or instagram if needed) by the Bumi & Ashe team when the pieces are ready for delivery !

Yes ! This item has passed the Bumi & Ashe Team's quality check by using a shock test to see if it is food and microwave safe. Please avoid rapid changes in temperatures. eg. do not put in the freezer or on direct fire.

To keep the ceramics protected during transit, all pieces will be insulated and packed inside a box.

For Cebu Deliveries:
Recipients will be charged based on the distance of their address from the Bumi & Ashe Studio.

For Natiowide Shipments:
A flat rate is provided for a maximum of 2 ceramics. If you wish to order multiple ceramics, or the whole collection, kindly send a message to the Bumi & Ashe Team so they may assist you !

For International Shipments: Shipping rates are computed based on the size of the box (25x23x15cm) or the weight of the items (whichever is higher) through the MyKartero website. To get a rough estimate on your shipping rates, kindly access their site and select the country of your residence.

Yes ! You can pick up your order at the Bumi & Ashe Cebu branch from Wednesdays-Sundays (10am-7pm) free of charge.

Kindly wait for an email from the Bumi & Ashe team before you visit the branch, as you will be notified when your pieces are ready for pickup! Additionally, you may opt for same-day delivery to your address so long as you live around the Metro Cebu area.

All other PH residents outside of Cebu will have their items shipped out via J&T Nationwide Delivery.

We ship internationally ! Residents outside of the Philippines will be billed for shipping after the piece has been fired for the most accurate shipping quotes !

Prices listed for each ceramic piece above does not include shipping fees yet, the shipping quotation will be emailed to you 4-5 weeks after placing an order. Please make sure to settle these payments with the Bumi & Ashe team to have your pieces shipped out as soon as possible !

Hooray ! If you want the pieces delivered to their address, kindly input their shipping info in the shipping address portion. Don't forget to use your personal details for the billing address portion too !
